On June 19th, 2013, the new Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) will come into effect, and the Marihuana Medical Access Regulations (MMAR) will be repealed on March 31, 2014. Both of these Regulations will be in force during this transition period. So what does this mean for people who use cannabis for medical purposes?
