OODP Emergency Continuity Planning Assessment Tool

Voir ceci en français

Emergency continuity planning is the overall process of creating systems of prevention, response and recovery to deal with potential threats and disruptions to service delivery at an organization. In addition to prevention, the goal is to enable ongoing service delivery and operations before and during recovery from an emergency-related disruption.

This tool helps Executive Directors and senior leaders in organizations to assess their current response to the COVID-19 pandemic, anticipate their future needs in response to the pandemic, identify the required actions to take and determine the resources/supports available to do so.  It offers a number of key questions to consider and checklists to help identify the changes that have or may need to take place.
